About Kisspeptin-10 10mg
Kisspeptin's importance was established through human genetics: loss-of-function mutations in GPR54 cause hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, which placed the peptide at the top of the reproductive hierarchy. It acts on GnRH neurons in the hypothalamus, meaning it operates one level above gonadorelin in the same axis, and comparing the two is a natural experimental design. Kisspeptin-10 is the minimal fragment that retains full receptor activity. It has also been studied for effects on limbic activation in neuroimaging work, distinct from its endocrine role.
Storage and reconstitution
