About Ipamorelin 10mg
Ipamorelin is a short peptide that binds the ghrelin, or growth hormone secretagogue, receptor with exceptional selectivity. Research records it halting corticosteroid-driven bone loss entirely and producing a four-fold increase in bone formation, alongside a systemic rise in bone mineral density. It reduces nitrogen wasting in the liver and improves nitrogen balance, which counteracts the catabolic effect glucocorticoids have on muscle. It also potentiates insulin release, by indirect stimulation of the calcium channels on pancreatic islet cells. Further work covers its effect on post-operative ileus, where it shortens time to first meal by approximately 12 hours, and its promise as a PET probe for diagnosing cancers and heart failure by way of that same ghrelin receptor binding. Storage and reconstitution
