About Eloralintide 10mg
Amylin is co-secreted with insulin from pancreatic beta cells and acts in the area postrema to signal meal termination. Eloralintide is one of the newest entrants in the selective amylin agonist class, and interest in it stems from the hypothesis that amylin pathway activation produces weight effects with a different tolerability profile than incretin agonism, and may be additive to it. Because the compound is recent and much of its clinical dataset is not yet published, it is treated as an early-stage research material. This 10mg vial supports receptor-binding and comparative in vitro work against cagrilintide and pramlintide.
Storage and reconstitution
Store lyophilized peptide at -20°C in a dry, dark environment. Reconstitute in bacteriostatic water. Once reconstituted, store at 2-8°C and use within 30 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Lyophilized powder is stable at room temperature for shipping and short-term storage.
