Yes. Every HCG order leaves British Columbia, Canada and travels entirely within the country. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that cut-off, or on a weekend or statutory holiday, are dispatched on the next business day. Transit after dispatch is 2–5 business days Canada-wide, with a tracking number on every parcel, and orders over CA$200 ship free.

Yes — the certificate for the lot in your box, not a representative certificate for a different batch. Every HCG lot is released against a >99% HPLC specification, and the document carries the lot number, the issuing laboratory and the analytical method. Certificates are not published on this site; if you need another copy, ask us for it by lot number.

As a lyophilised powder in a sealed vial, which is the form that survives shipping without a cold chain. Unopened vials are stored away from light and moisture; the storage and handling page covers the laboratory conditions in full. We publish no dosing, reconstitution volumes or administration guidance of any kind.

HCG is stocked in 2 fills — 5,000iu, 10,000iu. They are the same material released against the same >99% specification; the only difference is the quantity in the vial and the price. Each fill has its own page with its own catalogue number and its own certificates. Unopened vials can be returned within 14 days.
